Automotive Sheet Metal Parts Manufacturer – RFS
If you need custom automotive parts, such as prototypes, small-batch parts, or non-standard structural components, RFS can provide custom automotive parts services. We are a manufacturer of custom automotive parts for OEMs, aftermarket brands, and industrial buyers. We do not sell off-the-shelf replacement parts or individual retail automotive components.
Minimum order quantities apply. We manufacture custom automotive components based on customer drawings, CAD files, or technical specifications.
RFS can process automotive parts for customers based on their provided drawings. We offer CNC machining, sheet metal processing, bending, forming, laser cutting, and other services. Different parts will use different processes; for example, high-precision parts will use CNC machining, while structural parts will use sheet metal and bending, and some will also be processed using laser cutting.
Materials are generally confirmed in advance. Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy; the performance differences between them are quite significant. The processing itself is not complex, but prior confirmation is crucial; otherwise, later adjustments may be necessary.
OEM Automotive Parts Manufacturing Services
Custom CNC Machining Services
RFS’s CNC machining is primarily based on drawings. Metal parts are the most common, including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, with some plastic parts also handled. Structural or shaft-type components are frequently produced, with some functional parts. After receiving the drawings, RFS will review the key dimensions and assembly positions, pointing out any discrepancies before deciding on the machining method.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Services
RFS handles sheet metal fabrication in a fairly standard manner, including cutting, bending, and forming processes. Brackets, housings, and covers are all within their scope. Often, they don’t focus on individual processes but rather on the overall structure of the finished product to prevent dimensional mismatches later.

Sheet Metal Welding Services
Welding mainly involves assembling sheet metal structures, such as several parts forming a frame or reinforcement structure. The welding sequence is usually adjusted based on the structure, not a fixed process. After completion, they will perform minor finishing touches to smooth the appearance and remove burrs, ensuring smooth assembly later.

Laser Cutting Services
Laser cutting mainly involves sheet metal blanking and contour cutting. Flat parts or parts that will be bent or welded later can be made using this process first. It is often used for prototyping and small-batch production, mainly because it is faster and makes subsequent processes easier to connect.

We manufacture most automotive parts based on drawings; there are no fixed standard parts.
The following are some of the types we frequently produce:
Exhaust System Parts
These parts include exhaust pipes and connecting sections. The materials used are generally heat-resistant, and welding is required after machining.
Automotive Body Parts
The machining of these parts(such as body panels and mudguards) mainly involves cutting and bending. Some customers have high aesthetic requirements.
Small Parts such as Bolts, Plugs, and Brackets
These parts may not seem complex individually, but they are mostly produced in batches, requiring strict consistency.
Clutch Parts
Strength and wear resistance are most important for these parts, so we must confirm materials and machining methods in advance.
Cooling System Parts
These typically involve piping or interfaces, with a focus on sealing and long-term stability.
Transmission System Components
These parts, such as connecting shafts or mating parts, have more precise dimensional requirements.
Some automotive Accessory Parts
These accessories are quite varied, mostly in small batches. And many parts are ordered individually by customers based on specific projects.
