In February 2025, an Argentinian company sent RFS an inquiry for custom sheet metal products. This purchase order covered over 50 types of sheet metal products. We analyzed the drawings and assessed the production difficulty of each of these products, and actively held multiple video conferences with the customer. Ultimately, the customer decided to manufacture 27 types of sheet metal products with us, totaling over 300,000 pieces.
During these video conferences with the customer, we found that they placed particular emphasis on product quality. To reassure them, we proactively provided them with our factory’s ISO9001 quality management system certification. Our parts are manufactured strictly in accordance with the standards and specifications in the certificate, and detailed quality inspection reports are provided. Furthermore, when production officially begins, we film videos of each production step and proactively send them to the customer. This transparent production process allows the customer to clearly see the progress of the order. During sample inspection, our senior engineers identify more suitable production processes or treatment methods based on customer feedback. We also proactively discuss and communicate with the customer to optimize production steps.
RFS planned a production cycle of over 50 days for this order. From material selection, production, quality inspection, and packaging, we meticulously executed each step, ultimately completing the order on time. To prevent the parts from being bumped or deformed during transportation, we placed anti-collision material inside the wooden crates. Furthermore, to ensure a dry packaging environment, we placed a wooden pallet at the bottom of the crates.
