In March 2025, an Irish company got in touch with us through our official website. They need to order 3,000 metal hooks for their upcoming project. The Client only had a hand-drawn sketch for the product, and the material could not be determined, which made the initial quotation work really challenging.
Our team responded quickly. Based on communications with the Client and their draft, we created professional CAD drawings. However, material selection became a new problem: there are so many options on the market, like copper, iron, aluminum, and stainless steel. Different grades of materials and manufacturing processes will all impact the cost. So which material would be the right fit? After several rounds of email communication, we summarized and analyzed the Client’s needs. We researched their working environment and found the product required strong tensile strength to ensure user safety, compliance with local laws and regulations, plus good metal toughness to avoid cracking when bent. Based on our experience, we repeatedly evaluated materials by combining physical property requirements with cost control and testing different processes. Finally, we worked out a suitable production design for the Client.
During many communications, the Client recognized RFS’s professional industry knowledge, quick and effective response, strict production process control, and stable production capacity. In the end, they happily chose to work with RFS.
After the order was confirmed, we followed the estimated timeline in the production schedule. Updated production progress via emails with videos and photos to the Client, making the production process visible. We steadily finished all production in 20 days—three full days ahead of the agreed delivery date. The Client spoke highly of our production control and smooth team collaboration, and gave high recognition to our cooperation.
