In April 2025, we received an inquiry from France for metal frames and a large number of connecting parts. The client sent us the 3D drawings of the entire project, but no production drawings or Bill of Materials (BOM) sheets were included. This meant that to win the project, we had to do a huge amount of work—breaking down and converting the drawings, as well as gathering detailed BOM lists. This process required 100% accuracy, and usually, just separating and converting the drawings would take around 20 days.

However, the client’s total timeline, including quotation, production, and inspection, was only three weeks. Only by meeting this deadline could they ensure the timely launch of the headquarters’ overall project. We talked to the client that sufficient production time was necessary to guarantee product quality and suggested extending the production period. The client understood our concern but explained that it wasn’t feasible due to the real situation. Any delay in delivering the frames would hold up many subsequent work processes. After coordinating with our production team, we took on the project despite the enormous pressure.

We set up a dedicated production team: one general commander, five engineers, 10 production workers, two purchasers, and two quality inspectors, all working around the clock to push the project forward. We established a production schedule, special production SOP, and quality inspection standards, clarified responsible persons, and made every effort to ensure the project was completed accurately.

The engineers split the drawings into different sections, converted them, and broke them down quickly. Then, they overcame the time difference challenge with the client and double-checked the drawings with the client’s engineers in batches. What usually took 20 days was finished in less than 4 days. Right after that, we compiled the BOM list. Purchasing standard connecting parts, cutting square tubes, and welding were carried out simultaneously. We pooled all the factory’s resources to speed up production and finally completed this tough project successfully.

The client provided us with feedback, stating that we had done an excellent job producing all the products under such tight schedules, and the total cost was even lower than before. They commented that we had truly solved their problem; we have strong team cohesion, execution, and coordination abilities, and they called us an amazing company. We felt very proud hearing this. When a client chooses to trust us, we always keep our promises and deliver what we commit to.
